Services currently offered
Sacramento court filing is limited to delivering completed documents you supply for in-person filing where accepted, and returning the filing result and available documentation. Copying and document assembly is limited to reproducing, organizing, and assembling documents you supply. Neither service includes selecting forms, drafting, retrieving protected records, or reviewing legal sufficiency.
Court and agency decisions
Court schedules, clerk decisions, document acceptance, and processing times are outside our control. No filing acceptance, completion time, or outcome is guaranteed.
Pricing and outside costs
Pricing is assignment-specific and confirmed before work begins. Court fees and other outside charges are identified separately in the quote.
